'Introducing Eliott Knuets' is young top talent Eliott Knuets' very first project as a bandleader. The guitarist recorded this album in January 2021 when he was just 17 years old, together with Olivier Collette on piano, Sam Gerstmans on double bass and Daniel Jonkers on drums. This project contains only personal compositions, written exclusively by Knuets. He was inspired by great jazz masters like Miles Davis and John Coltrane, but also by more modern artists like Aaron Parks, Mike Moreno and Kurt Rosenwinkel.

Initially immersed in the musical world of rock, this 18 year old guitarist quickly developed a passion for jazz. When he was only 16, he had the great fortune to jam with Wynton Marsalis during a tour in Belgium. Afterwards, Eliott was invited to play with the Brussels Jazz Orchestra, at the opening of the Django Folllies and for a concert at BOZAR. This year, he released his first album: 'Introducing Eliott Knuets'.
