Meeting Franco-Catalan bassist Basile Rahola and Lyon native drummer Oscar George at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of Brussels, Burgundian-American saxophonist Yonatan Hes decides to experiment with his compositions in a trio format. A strong connection blooms between the three musicians, with a shared sense of melody, rhythm and playful interaction. Influenced by the New York straight-ahead swing and the European jazz scene, these young musicians brew a bright and vigorous juice.
